ABC announces move to D.C. The Associated Builders and Contractors is moving to a new home closer to Capitol Hill. The organization announced Wednesday it plans to relocate its national office from Arlington, Va., to 440 First St. NW by December. It new headquarters will be located just north of the Capitol.
